As a results-driven operations leader, I focus on surpassing performance and finance goals by creating an environment conducive to transparency and effectiveness, and improve care and services to deliver a high-quality resident experience. In my current role as the Regional Director of Operations (Florida) at Legend Senior Living, I maintain open communication with all management teams and staff members and deliver feedback to help employees develop management and leadership skills. A few notable accomplishments of which I am incredibly proud include: Prioritizing the resident experience and developing strong relationships with staff to improve services and attract new residents during challenging circumstances. Fostering relationships with resident families and providing guidance to associates to continuously achieve high scores on an internal annual employee, resident, and family satisfaction survey. Maintaining effective hands-on leadership despite working remotely; conducting site visits to deliver training as needed and ensuring the flawless execution of organizational programs and policies. As an empathetic leader who delivers programs and processes out of a genuine desire to foster community well-being, I value learning about new projects and connecting with innovators in the assisted living and resident care industries.
