About Todd Glover

In his role as Director Product Security Program at Philips, Todd Glover organizes and leads teams and internal/external stakeholders to collaborate, execute to plan, communicate, perform, and deliver. Glover is recognized for his ability to bring people together, drive execution of strategy and security initiatives, and organize proactive actions to enable Global Product Security & Services, 30+ businesses, and the overall Philips community to further the safety, security, and value of Royal Philips products and services for patients and customers. Prior to joining Philips, Glover drove program excellence as Director of PMO, business relations, change management, and the enterprise cyber-security programs with the University of Massachusetts President’s Office. While at UMass, Glover grew leaders and team members to reach their full potential, building responsive teams and capabilities that aligned delivery of a portfolio of enterprise projects and programs, security services, technology, and process improvements to enable greater security, efficiency, and effectiveness of university services for students, faculty, and staff. Prior to joining UMass, Glover was responsible for an Information Solutions development team at Raytheon to build enterprise Product Data Management platform capabilities. Launching a career of systems development, services, and leadership at Fidelity, Glover grew capabilities of teams via project/program management, business/systems solutions, IT shared-service operations, sustaining engineering (DevOps), and software development management from positions of progressively increasing levels of responsibility (developer, manager, senior manager, director). Throughout his career, Glover has been committed to people development, family, customer success, performance excellence, personal integrity and respect, and a holistic drive to grow and mature people, process, and technology capabilities.
