35+ years of experience in CNC multi axis programming, tooling design, tool making, training, leadership, and Lean Manufacturing techniques, in high production Aerospace industry, manufacturing machined parts and assemblies. Duties include but not limited to: Program, Setup, Tool, and Operate CNC milling machines Assign and review work, train, discipline, evaluate performance and eliminate ordinary difficulties. Participate in design reviews on cross-functional teams to ensure that conformance to specifications, inspect-ability, reliability, safety, and quality system objectives are met. Purchase tools, and supplies to support production schedules and personnel. Develop and plan jobs by setting priority and assigning appropriate skill level to implement the processes to produce a quality product on spec and on-time. Very fluent in GD & T (geometric dimensioning and tolerance). Establish maintenance requirements for equipment and facility to ensure timely maintenance are performed and proper records maintained.
