About Todd Gooden

Philosophy of Administration It is the shared responsibility of the board and superintendent to develop a vision for the district, set goals for the district, and work together to provide an educational system that will make the community proud. I believe the sole purpose of a public school education should be to prepare every student to contribute to our society in some way. Some students will choose to pursue a degree at a college or university. Others may seek a certificate at a technical or trade school. Some students will elect to join the armed forces, while others may choose to enter the workforce directly. The district has a responsibility to make every avenue is available to each unique learner. I believe in the value of extra-curricular activities in the development of a student’s education. The experience gained from the preparation, competition, and teamwork that come from FFA, band, academic, and athletic participation are paramount to building leadership skills necessary for a lifetime of success. As an administrator, I believe in hiring the very best educators we can find for our students. The heart and soul of a great school district is a faculty and staff that takes a personal interest in the lives of our students.
