I believe in marketing that earns attention, not interrupts it, and I empower my team to take bold, data-informed risks. I've had a range of experiences across the agency, client, and publisher sides, which is one of my superpowers. I have a good understanding of what success looks like for everyone, and this helps bring strong partnerships together that benefit everyone. I always approach my work from a strategic/analytical lens; however, I am not one to dismiss others' input, and understand there needs to be a mix and balance of data, gut and creativity to produce the best results. I am a clear and open communicator and ensure marketing has a strong cheerleader across the business that helps engage other stakeholders to not only bring them on the journey but also get their buy in to help us champion the brand. I've been able to build a great culture within teams I've led in the office and on the sporting field. I ensure that I understand what drives and motivates each individual so they can turn up and deliver great work and perform in their go zone. I have a real passion for constantly developing my own skills and being open to doing things differently in order to grow and push the boundaries. My passion outside the workplace consists of sport (Liverpool FC), cooking, and music. When I need a moment of peace, you'll find me at the beach soaking up the sun and sand with my partner, our son and my GSP.
