About Todd Halliday
A 25-year career in structural engineering, transitioning into management and now leadership is something I am very proud of. I believe I have achieved this through connecting solutions and people, being optimistic and having a good sense of humour. It took me a while to realise my passion for engineering, strategically solving problems and engaging with people is perpetually rewarding. Today I am responsible for leading close to 500 talented people across Northrop. The role is a pleasure due to the talent that abounds. Being proud of people is my number one intrinsic driver. I create space and opportunities for talented people to thrive, be it our people or our clients. When I’m not doing that, I’m flat out supporting a busy family, in or on the water, or on a bike, running with my lovable Labrador and I’ve been occasionally known to indulge in a lovely craft beer or two.
