Collaborated with foundations by inviting them to our facility for meet and greets strengthening our relationships as dedicated partners • Developed extensive relationships within Foundational Assistance space • Helped create a cohesive relationship between our sales teams and PAD by attending sales meetings to educate and answer questions about our processes and procedures • Prior to my supervisory role in PAD, there was no working relationship with sales Additionally, I have provided needed information for sales to create RFQ’s that are expanding our business • Early on during my role as a supervisor I requested the addition of more FTE’s due to PAD’s inability to effectively secure funding when foundations opened grants for very short durations. This request was not seen as a viable option until recently as a CBA was drafted showing a significant increase in income with the addition of more agents • Strategic planning with the ability to keep long term business goals in focus • Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to build cross functional bridges
