I have over 23 years of Information Technology experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft office this includes, 2 years Active directory, 13 years working as a liaison with system specialists and vendors to resolve major system outages. I have demonstrated excellence in customer service by providing help to the client in a positive, timely and pleasant manner, treating everyone like a CEO. I have the firm belief that each person’s productivity affects the bottom line, and have 23 years’ experience training new employees, mentoring and morale building in a team environment. I was bonded for 1 Million dollars to work within restricted P&G areas.(e.g. P&G executive suites, formula labs…etc).
