I am also eager to learn new skills for business and technological advancements.SkillsI have a background in Toyota business practices. FMDS and safety kaizen tracking has been a focus at my current job and have knowledge of the system used for Stop 6/Safety/FMDS tracking from my time spent at Toyota. I have experience with excel, word, powerpoint, etc. I have used these tools since grade school and currently use them at Toyota to do trend tracking for missing parts safety recordables and issues within my group. Toyota Business Practices have been used to train me in my problem solving skills and I just recently just finished my first TBP training session. Root cause diagnostic and problem evaluation has been a driving force and required skill as T/L in quality group in Toyota. Also part of our quality aspect is safety. We also work on safety kaizens and safety concerns to help build a better car and to ensure that our T/M’s are safe and successfully able to perform their job duties. My previous group in Toyota was the premier group for 3 years for FMDS tracking. I am involved in leveling up my current group at this current time. I am the safety record keeper for my group and I also update and the FMDS board to make sure that all information is logged and accurate. My new role at my current workplace involves process layout and part application for current and future models. I work closely with process engineering and digital engineering to implement new parts and applications to line side production. I am able to read and use engineering drawings and use calipers and many tools to understand various quality issues.
