After building a successful early career in the sciences, I made the leap into culinary development via professional kitchens to follow a passion I could not ignore. It was a risk, leaving stability and security to start at the bottom of a new industry, but it taught me how to balance discipline with creativity, and action with analysis. Over time, I've developed a strong ability to move fluently between analysis and action. Some of that comes from experience, some from navigating hard situations, but I think it's become one of my best tools in leadership and creative problem-solving. Today, I lead food innovation projects and cross-functional teams that bridge the gap between culinary artistry, scientific rigor, and business solutions to bring better products to market. I excel at building high-performance teams, guiding, training, and supporting staff development. My ability to think creatively, manage multiple priorities, and foster strong relationships within a multicultural environment has been key to my success.
