I’m a seasoned organizer, labour relations specialist, and a social justice activist at heart. I started organizing unions fresh out of university. I cut my teeth building the Justice for Janitors movement and helped build the union's capacity and membership by 60% before moving on to the servicing side. My role now is to support working people by helping to administer and bargain contracts, and file grievances - In a word, I advocate and help find solutions. To me unions are about raising people up.
