I’ve always believed that leadership is about serving others, a value deeply rooted in my upbringing and honed during my military service. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve dedicated my career to leading and mentoring teams, managing high-stakes operations, and driving mission success. Whether overseeing a workforce of spread across five locations or mentoring a small, tight-knit team, my focus has always been on empowering others to achieve their best. My military journey began with eight years in the Marine Corps, where I developed a foundation of discipline, resilience, and adaptability. I then transitioned to the Army, continuing my service with deployments across various countries and building global experience in leadership and operations. These experiences taught me the importance of collaboration, cultural awareness, and strategic thinking. Deployments tested my resolve, but they also reinforced my belief in the power of teamwork and the value of putting others before myself. Professionally, I’ve excelled in roles where strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight intersect. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar budgets, relocated entire branches with $18M in assets, and implemented processes that streamlined operations and improved performance. Talent acquisition and retention have been a significant focus throughout my career, as I’ve successfully led initiatives to build high-performing teams and increase workforce readiness. Beyond work, I find joy in simple yet fulfilling pursuits. Spending time with family is my greatest priority, whether we’re camping under the stars, hunting in the great outdoors, or working on DIY projects together. I also enjoy cooking—it’s one of the ways I unwind and show care for those around me. There’s something special about gathering around a meal and sharing stories after a long day. I’m proud to call myself a servant leader, someone who values integrity, hard work, and the contributions of every individual on the team. Whether in the field, the office, or the kitchen, I strive to lead by example.
