About Todd Kopet

I build the analytical foundation for companies to achieve their goals. Regardless of size, industry or phase of development, I can isolate the metrics that matter and translate data into action. Currently, I co-direct the operations of my own company, a family passion project born at a local farmer's market. The real-life story of believing in an idea. We started with a couple hundred $ of sales at a weekly market and developed that into a scrappy, bootstrapped company which would ultimately evolve into a thriving national brand. Like so many businesses start, at its core there were two important kernels: 1) great products; and 2) tons of dedication by the owners (us). These factors are so important, but there's another key ingredient to growth, sustainability and success. I'm talking about planning and analytics. It is critical to be able to sift through countless data and translate this data into plans and action. Whether it's managing the challenges of sustained exponential growth, capital expansion or weathering the looming storms - being able to identify key data and bushwhack a path is the differentiator between ongoing success and a flash in the pan. Prior to this passion-project business, I was fortunate to gain experience in multiple industries and varied stages of corporate development. From online advertising to software to manufacturing, from private equity acquisition to complete sale of the business, I have had a seat at the table and a respected voice of strategy. And in every case, I built the groundwork of analytics to provide insight across functions, drive strategy & planning efforts, and give confidence to the key stakeholders in any decision. I pride myself as a lifelong learner who embraces change and uncertainty. With roots in teaching, I value the ability to inform any audience of the key underlying data points. With this, I love sifting through data, finding the results and translating them into action for any level of financial understanding - to provide the keys for success.
