About Todd Krasinsky

Todd Krasinsky, RN has been dedicated to the progression of medicine and improving patient care for almost 25 years. He has a deep understanding of healthcare systems from his early career as an acute care nurse in emergency medicine and intensive care and then advancing to become an administrator in nursing management. He currently holds the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Speranza Therapeutics, a Biotech company, since the company’s inception in 2019. He is instrumental in new market development strategies for its medical device and pharmaceutical products. He is passionate about helping patients and families in need through clinically proven solutions. Speranza is breaking new ground by offering an FDA-cleared, neurostimulation device to reduce the symptoms of opioid withdrawal. The non-surgical device is easily administered and provides significant relief to patients suffering from withdrawal within 20 minutes. The alternative treatment option helps patients through the critical stage of opioid detox and provides a pathway to longer-term care. Prior to his work at Speranza, he co-founded BiologicTx, an infusion pharmacy specializing in Transplant Desensitization and Kidney Paired Donation. As a result of his commitment to BiologicTx and its sales force, he brought the company to the forefront as a premiere national transplant therapy management company. BiologicTx merged with a company called Matrix to create BioMatrix, which was acquired by a private equity company. His career has been focused on strategic sales management in home infusion therapies, healthcare administration, clinical nursing practices, and national business development. He excels within growing niche markets with extensive knowledge in Neuromodulation, IVIg, Transplant Desensitization, Clinical Data Management, Clinical Trials, and Kidney Paired Donation. He is a graduate of Mattatuck College of Nursing in Waterbury, CT and studied Business Management at Post University in Waterbury, CT.
