Designed and built a condensate catching and stabilizing station o Met a very tight 90-day schedule o Overcame equipment problems imposed by short lead time Sized facility liquid and gas pipes per ASME B31.3 for all new construction projects o Developed a smart line list spreadsheet o Line list established a tag name for each pipe which was added to the P & ID drawings Stick built two compressor stations capable of 20MM each of low pressure gathering o Sized separators, tanks, compressors, instrumentation, fuel systems, flow meters, and pipes o For the second station, all the equipment, control valves, and pipes were installed on a single skid since they were all a matched set o The gas volume from that field declined and the skid was easily relocated and quickly placed in service which saved SPC time and money Managed a hot tap stopple project on a 12” steel pipeline o Installed a liquid slug catching vessel without stopping the flow in the pipeline o Used conflict resolution to avoid extra charges that the contractor was not due after the project started late and ran long Used drone photography at SPC’s facilities o Pictures taken from high elevations gave a general layout of SPC’s facilities o More detail and more up to date than satellite photos from Google Earth o Pictures taken from low elevations had enough detail that individual pipes could be followed o Photos were later referenced from the office which made site visits unnecessary Created an engineering library o Organized engineering documents, calculations, data books, owner’s manuals, fabrication drawings, ASME U1A forms, etc.
