Recently I was head of the team managing the in-life and end of lease processes and customer experience for IT and health care leasing customers. Primary focus on the delivery and fulfilment of leasing portfolio management and services operations. This involved managing and coaching a team consisting of Portfolio Specialists, Remarketing Manager and Product & Service Solution Manager to enable a superior customer experience, whilst ensuring commercial benchmarks were consistently met or exceeded. Previously the head of team providing comprehensive middle-office support for Macquarie Capital, Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets (MIRA, part of Macquarie Asset Management) and Group Treasury Transactions. I develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and fundamental to my approach is consistently developing teams that are engaged, achieving high levels of excellence in performance feedback. Skilled in process improvements and risk management, achieving outstandingly negligible error rates. This Sydney based team was responsible for arranging all acquisition funding, cash flow management, currency hedging, term-funding, risk management and administration for the global listed and unlisted equity and debt portfolios of these dynamic principal investment businesses, often under demanding timeframes and across all time-zones. In addition, the team manages billions of dollars of currency risk annually, including for advisory businesses. The team also manages a portfolio of structured transactions, including equity hybrids, for Group Treasury Transactions.
