About Todd Mathers

A skilled content deal negotiator and strategist, Todd has driven billions of dollars in cost savings and revenue generation in his career. He manages some of the largest programming deals in the industry, and has broad experience in licensing content and music and ppv events, securing platform partnerships, producing series and live shows, managing networks, and negotiating agreements to produce and stream content. He is currently Executive Director, Head of Content Strategy and Partnerships for Fios. Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President of Programming and Content at AT & T. He has further significant and broad experience in the following: • Licensing and streaming distribution of television and film • Business affairs for creation and distribution of scripted and non-scripted series, documentaries, music events and syndicated shows • General management of linear network and 5 live shows • Third party app distribution deals • Running operations and databases to distribute third party content on all AT & T video platforms • Development of product and strategy, including new product launches • Closing revenue deals for data, innovation products, marketing co-op, ad buys, program and event sponsorship • Supervising programmer relationships including joint marketing initiatives, packaging, deal economics, legal and financial disputes, audits, PR campaigns, and Most Favored Nation compliance
