Provided command level management and leadership for uniformed patrol, investigations, records and other work units; directly or indirectly responsible for crime prevention, analysis, property and evidence, equipment management, fleet maintenance functions and security services operations. Managed and implemented POST's only small agency pilot Problem Based Learning- Police Training Officer (PTO) program. Worked closely with the California Coastal Commission on public access issues.
