Worked at FDR (Omaha, NE) from 1994 to 2002, last title was Senior Software Engineer- Developed VB applications and COBOL programs to transfer credit card portfolios onto the FDR system- Conducted training classes for the conversions department and FDR clients to us the software I developed for them- Helped to establish a Conversions web page for the FDR intranet- 4 Team Quantum Awards, 2 Individual Quantum Awards, 2 Cube Awards, and the Conversions Cornerstone Award. Worked at HSBC (Salinas, CA) from 2002 to 2005, last title was Senior Business Systems Analyst- Developed software to create Budge Forecasts, enter and track project estimations, generate billing information, create reports, and GUI screens to compare estimates to resource time entry- Lead the development team to convert HSBC off the FDR platform to the PAYSYS platform. Currently work for CSG (Omaha, NE) since 2006, current title is Lead Software Development Engineer- Converted Time Warner Cable, Comcast, and numerous other cable companies on the the CSG processing platform- Written a number of C# applications to assist both internal and external clients- Worked to revamp the conversions process to leverage newer technologies such as SQL Server and C# in Visual Studio 2015 (the old method was all COBOL and JCL)- Mentor new developers- 3 Bravo Awards.
