I’m a highly organized and motivated candidate with great interpersonal skills, integrity, and perseverance and aspire to work in higher education, whether it's administration, fire safety, or environmental safety to assist students and colleagues with their academic and training needs. As an experienced Fire Chief and Program Manager with a versatile background in higher education, training, and operations management, I take pride in providing vision, direction, and administrative oversight. Not only have I been trained in academic and student affairs matters, including faculty recruitment and selection, curriculum development and review, accreditation, and assessments, I’m also knowledgeable in academic initiatives that enhance student engagement and program development. As a skilled manager and instructor with success managing and developing teams of more than 200 personnel, I am equipped to handle complex, cross-functional departments in any social and cultural setting. As a passionate and active listener, I am able to reflect back on experiences to formulate ideas to better prepare individuals to enhance their full potential.
