I am a Post Construction Manager with 20+ years experience in the HVAC construction industry and have managed the defects liability periods of over 900 new construction projects and counting. I am focused on providing superior customer service to all stakeholders (builders, building owners, end users and sub-contractors), am skilled in trouble shooting HVAC and building issues, sales, contract management as well as project co-ordination & management. I continually strive to live up to our company's brand promise of "Built In Certainty" and ensure changes are recommended and implemented to obtain the best outcome, not just for VAE, but all stakeholders. I also have the pleasure of managing the ever growing fleet of VAE company vehicles, which now exceeds 135. It is extremely important to me that our employees are driving quality 5 star ANCAP rated vehicles, that meet the individual needs of our employees to make their job easier. I take pride in ensuring the VAE fleet of vehicles is maintained to a high standard, reflecting VAE's commitment to safety of their staff. A commitment to seeking out ways to reduce operational costs of a large fleet is a continual challenge, but it is done by working closely with employees and management together.
