My responsibilities have included systems design, integration, deployment, project management, support and maintenance, customer care, business development, and service delivery management. Through this unique mixture I have improved the IT systems of numerous Small and Mid-Sized Businesses. I am familiar with many of the technologies required to successfully build and operate IT infrastructures and I recognize their value to and impact on organizations. My most recent experience is in helping customers select from a range of technology services provided by All Covered and partner organizations. This is a role which requires constant communication and interaction with customers and coworkers. I consider myself well-informed on - and curious about - a wide range of technical topics which I use to meet customer needs and expectations. My greatest satisfaction comes by being a partner to my clients, rather than simply a vendor.
