About Todd Pinkerton

I’m a technology and product executive with a track record of delivering value across startups, growth-stage companies, and global enterprises. As a former startup CTO, founder, and now Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, I’ve led teams through multiple acquisitions, platform scale-ups, and product transformations. My background spans zero-to-one product launches, cross-border team leadership, technical diligence, and post-acquisition integration.I’ve operated at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy — scaling products with real revenue impact (ARR, AUM), and partnering directly with C-level stakeholders.Along the way, I’ve advised early-stage founders (Harvard Business School, PayPal Start Tank) and served as the technical lead on M&A transactions. Most impactful when supporting complex growth, organizational scale, or strategic change across B2B SaaS, fintech, and platform-based businesses.Always interested in connecting with fellow fintech and product leaders to exchange insights on the evolving financial services landscape.
