As Regional Vice President and Vice President of Process Improvement at National Church Residences, I was entrusted with a dual role: overseeing a vast regional portfolio while also advancing enterprise-wide operational efficiency. My servant leadership approach combines financial discipline, innovative problem-solving, and a people-first mindset. I thrive in building high-performing teams, navigating complex compliance environments, and implementing technology that drives measurable results.
