Previous: Regional coach of 15 clinics for a large Optometrist owned company. Enabling others to make decisions while empowering them to become leaders in their own practices, through collaborative, solution focused, result-oriented coaching. Striving to reach a goal of excellence in guest services, employee engagement and industry leading NPS scores. Previous: Regional manager for a chain of 16 optical clinics. Grew to 19 clinics in 18 months. Introduced many new processes, ideas and changes to dramatically increase sales, service. Changed culture to be much more positive and engaging. Increase employee morale and customer/patient satisfaction. Helped introduce new store design, product and technology. Past: Managed one of the most successful optical stores in British Columbia/Canada. Member of presidents club since inception for first 4 years. Highest EyeQ (customer satisfaction) score in province, since program started Master trained and championed various company initiatives over 12 years Regional Captain for Onesight Foundation from 2006 to 2014. Served as Canadian Captain in 2013 Attended 12 clinics around the world, with the foundation, making glasses for those in need.
