About Todd Rahimi

I am the founder of Lambda Consulting, an alternative legal services provider focused on the delivery of legal and commercial consulting services to emerging and mid-market companies. Prior to forming Lambda, I worked for more than 15 years as a corporate lawyer in the telecom industry, including the last 6 as a senior executive, for companies focused on the deployment of fiber optic cable systems and on the provision of global networking, data and cloud services. I have worked on the development and operation of international infrastructure projects worth more than US$10B, advised on nearly US$2B of cross-border M&A activity, and managed a wide range of commercial, legal and regulatory issues in the U.S. and in multiple jurisdictions throughout Asia Pacific and Africa. My specialities are negotiating high-value international infrastructure projects and complex cross-border commercial transactions; advising start-up businesses and new market entrants; navigating government affairs and regulatory licensing and compliance; shareholder and board relations; mergers and acquisitions; management of external counsel and consultants; and streamlining of legal departments and contracting processes.
