Multifaceted. Flexible. Quick thinker. Fast learner. Quick to learn concepts and become a valuable member of a team based organization. Skilled communicator. These are my greatest assets. I have had to communicate on a superior professional level with regional managers in a highly stressful retail environment, and also speak to young teens on a level that is not condescending to them while working in the school environment. I've had to learn tricks and nuances of jobs and responsibilities and become proficient at those tasks and then relay those skills to subordinates as team leader or a member of management. I have managed my own business, 3 retail stores with 2 different companies, and have transitioned into the school environment. I have exceptional inter-personal skills and train easily. I am competitive but am extremely team oriented. Numerous sales awards are buffered by leadership recognition including manager awards, leading training seminars, and earning organizational leadership posts both professionally and extracurricular in nature. My current goal is to expand my family's venture into the hospitality business by making the "Lazy R" a viable getaway for professionals and recreational visitors alike.
