I have spent my career in the construction industry helping companies grow their brands and presence in their respective markets. It starts with building a successful dealer network. From compact to heavy equipment, I have collaborated with dealers and helped them develop an effective path forward.In my current role as Vice President of Growth Initiatives at DEVELON, I am responsible for raising awareness of our company, our products, our services, and our dealer network. I work together with all departments within our company, especially our sales, marketing, and National Accounts teams and develop strategies that move us toward our company's business goals and position DEVELON as a market leader. I identify growth opportunities for our dealers, find ways to motivate them and seek companies that want to build their business with DEVELON.My strengths in communication, strategy and leadership help to achieve the goals DEVELON and I set out to accomplish. I put these into play in my professional and personal life to be the best person that I can for DEVELON, my family, my friends, and my community.I spend most of my spare time on the ball field coaching my kids and their team. I enjoy playing golf when I have a chance, and cheering on the KC Chiefs.
