I thrive in dynamic environments where I can cultivate talent, implement change, and support teams through innovative learning and development solutions.Key Achievements:• In 2023-2024, developed and launched a leadership program for our Qatar campus, serving as the primary facilitator including two onsite sessions.• Since 2020, relaunched/launched six long-term professional development programs, expanded HR learning and development’s presence on the HR website including the creation of the development program guide that directs employees to curated lists of training by role or need, and two team members earned promotions into roles of greater responsibility.• In 2020, managed the creation and distribution of pandemic-related information including developing, launching and maintaining a dedicated website for HR programs, policies and changes.• In 2017-2018, developed and executed a change plan with varied communications, management of a global champions team, live and on demand training and user materials refresh for a financial system upgrade impacting over employees contributing to an on time and on budget implementation.• From 2006-2013, created and managed the Finance Leadership Development Program, maintaining an 83% employee retention rate with two thirds achieving promotions and nearly half achieving two or more promotions.
