HR-Benefits Leader with over 33 years of experience possessing a strong background in developing, testing, implementing and maintaining technical and process solutions which meet complex business requirements. Responsible for benefits systems and data with a staff of 4 team members that support over employees across 7 different business units. My comprehensive knowledge of the Human Resources and Finance functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee and Labor Relations and Payroll have contributed to my success as all of these areas are interdependent and closely tied together in one integrated system. I support a team of 50 employees in our Service Center who service our employees and departmental level managers. In this capacity, I ensure that all touch points are accounted for in the business process between systems/data through the day to day operation for new and existing benefit programs. I manage relationships with over 12 third party vendors in the exchange of benefits related data. This includes our 403(b) sole record keeper vendor, which manages our assets in excess of $6 billion. I am closely involved in the Benefits Strategy and Planning function for modifying existing benefit offerings and developing new benefit offering to foster employee engagement and retention.
