About Todd Stebbins

As a Manager in the Business Tax Services (BTS) team, I prepare and review tax returns and related services for Partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations in various industries. A majority of the clients I serve are private equity owned.In my role in the National Tax Office of RubinBrown, I am responsible for conducting tax research and developing strategies for existing and potential clients, as well as performing tax due diligence for M&A transactions. Additionally, I prepare and present educational series on new and existing tax legislation and guidance to team members - staff through partner level across the firm. RubinBrown's National Tax Office also develops quality control standards and policies that are rolled out firm wide. Since October 2024, I have lead our Denver Office Campus Recruiting effort across all service lines. Prior to joining RubinBrown, I was a Senior Tax Consultant in Deloitte's National Federal Tax Services practice. I advised clients with complex partnership structures in a variety of industries including real estate, energy, and financial services as well as clients that were preparing for IPO.I am a graduate of St. John Fisher College with a B.S. degree in Accounting, and a graduate of the University of Denver with a Master’s degree in Taxation. I’m a licensed CPA in Colorado and New York.
