Background

About Todd Taylor

As a multi-disciplinary executive and strategist, I drive enterprise value creation, leveraging a history of making experience-based judgements, overcoming complex business challenges, and setting the stage for growth. With an extensive background in Private Equity investing, I have a strong track record of high-value successful exits. Industry representation is expansive, ranging from healthcare and technology to advertising. I am an “in the trenches” type of executive and facilitate success as a strategic problem solver through collaboration. An enthusiastic team builder, I provide others the tools they need to succeed, while ensuring accountability for both myself and my teams. I believe that executives must lead with a focus on our relationships to carry us through the journey. People matter. From my recent work with Falfurrias to earlier in my career as Founder & CEO of Resident Update/Cox Custom Media, I’ve always led with transparency, and an emphasis on clarity in goal definition to support success. This has facilitated an environment of trust and respect that is invaluable to goal achievement. As an engaged/hands-on Board Member, I provide strategic direction across business areas including cost controls, operational streamlining, acquisitions, portfolio management, and profit building, among others.
