About Todd Thomas

With over 10 years of experience in higher education and public affairs, I am a passionate and skilled program manager who strives to create impactful and innovative learning opportunities for adult learners. I have a Master of Education degree and certifications in professional, continuing, and online education. I am currently leading cross-functional teams at John Glenn College of Public Affairs to deliver an annual leadership academy for public safety professionals.In my current role, I build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior academic personnel, government officials, operations staff, and participants. I develop, implement, and distribute assessment metrics of the programs to ensure quality and effectiveness. I also serve as the lead relationship manager and recruiter for leadership certificate programs. I leverage my skills in academic coaching, process improvement, and conflict resolution to coordinate efficiency evaluation of project management and document coordination tools. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams to design and deliver engaging and relevant programs that meet the needs and goals of our customers and partners.
