I am an Owner and Co-founder of Whitcombe Law. Having practiced for over 20 years, I have established a strong reputation for my transactional property expertise, and being the lawyer you want on your side of a property transaction. I regularly receive referrals from Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and other Lawyers to represent clients. In addition to being a member of the Auckland District Law Society Inc's Property Disputes Committee, I have also been called upon to provide Expert Witness evidence and to determine and assist parties with resolving Contractual Disputes as an Experienced Property Lawyer under the Standard Form Sale and Purchase Agreement.
