About Toi Carrion

I help high-achieving women attorneys and professionals who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and on the verge of burnout build resilience and reclaim joy—so they can thrive in their health, relationships, and careers without sacrificing the success they’ve worked so hard to build. Before founding Time to Thrive 365, I spent over a decade in law and finance—first as a Senior Associate at a top global law firm, then as a Vice President at the world’s largest asset manager. On paper, I had “made it.” But behind closed doors, I was running on fumes, disconnected from myself, and silently unraveling under the weight of success. Eventually, I made the difficult decision to step away—not because I couldn’t keep going, but because I realized that the way I was working wasn’t sustainable. Through my own journey of recovery, reflection, and growth, I discovered that success doesn’t have to come at the expense of well-being. With the right tools, mindset, and support, it’s possible to stay in demanding careers and feel fulfilled, grounded, and energized by them. That realization became the foundation of my coaching practice. Now, I help powerhouse women strengthen their confidence, emotional resilience, and sense of purpose so they can stay and thrive in the careers they’ve worked so hard to build. My clients learn to lead with clarity, protect their energy, and find the breathing room to create lives that feel as rich and meaningful as their achievements. As a coach and facilitator, I’m especially passionate about creating safe, growth-centered spaces for attorneys and other high-performing professionals to develop the leadership, communication, and self-awareness skills that sustain excellence over time. My work bridges the gap between high performance and human well-being—and I’m excited to bring this same lens to learning and professional development for lawyers.
