I bring experience from both the healthcare and retail sectors, across for-profit and non-profit environments, with a focus on building cultures that are purpose-driven, resilient, and results-oriented. Currently, I serve as Partner, People Relations at Union Gospel Mission — collaborating with senior leaders to co-design HR strategies that align with our mission and support staff to thrive in challenging and meaningful work. My approach centers on building trust, sparking innovation, and fostering environments where people feel seen, supported, and equipped to grow. As a CPHR and committed lifelong learner, I’m passionate about helping others unlock their leadership potential — whether through coaching, collaboration, or just meaningful conversation.
