I’m an inclusion-focused learner success professional with over a decade of experience supporting people to grow, rebuild confidence, and move forward — whether in classrooms, digital bootcamps, or 1:1 coaching spaces. Currently, I work as an Inclusion Manager at Generation UK, where I lead on pastoral care, progress tracking, and trauma-aware support for adult learners on remote bootcamps in IT, cloud, data, and sustainability. I bring a calm, non-judgemental approach, shaped by my background in SEN teaching, safeguarding, and psychological support. I’m also studying for an MSc in Mental Health and Psychological Therapies, deepening my understanding of how social and emotional factors impact learning, motivation, and change. My coaching style is rooted in empathy, structure, and flexibility — especially for those navigating mental health challenges, neurodivergence, or life transitions. Whether I’m designing inclusive resources, coaching learners through imposter syndrome, or supporting someone to submit that one last module – I’m in my element when helping people believe they can succeed.
