About Tom Bailey

I believe in effective leadership that encompasses serving your team, helping them develop, partnering with your team as much as you partner with your client. Ultimately,their success is your success and their development improves customer relationships and optimizes business processes. I started my career as a manager for a multi-million dollar account in my early twenties. By my mid-twenties, I took a break from management and polished up my customer service skills as a technician. I thought it was my passion, but soon found out that it was actually helping people that I passionate about. The feeling you get when helping someone who is stuck or not working transitioned into management. Fixing equipment soon became fixing people or fixing processes. Providing customer solutions became understanding the spoken and unspoken customer needs. Finding more effective ways of completing repairs led to innovation. Now, with over 22 years of experience supporting and implementing Delivery Excellence, this development has led to achivements in business management, project management, and customer accolades.
