With over 20 years of experience in the legal services industry, I have a proven track record of delivering strategic growth, quality, and diversification. I work closely with some of the UK's largest banks and lenders, leveraging our unique blend of premium service and can-do attitude to compete and win in a highly volatile market. I am passionate about creating a culture of agility, pragmatism, supporting others, and integrity within my organization. As part of the firm's executive management team, I contribute to developing and maintaining a culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Previously, I served as the Chief Operating Officer at Simply Conveyancing, where I led the legal, operations, HR, quality, project management, and compliance teams, growing the firm from 37 to over 120 property lawyers in two years. I also have experience in leading a Centre of Excellence for Operations, Change/Project Management, and Business Analysis at Irwin Mitchell, where I delivered three major strategic programmes of work successfully.
