About Tom Basham

I am dependable, a professional, a leader, and a team player. Give me an assignment and I will work whatever it takes to complete the assignment. I am not afraid of asking for help when needed. I do not have a problem working hard and enjoy being able to help others. To that end, since I love working with computers and networking equipment, I and now teaching computers and networking as these technologies are used almost everywhere we go today. I love to meet new people and help people reach their potential. I believe that each person should be accountable for their performance and accomplishments. I push my students and athletes hard so that they may reach their maximum potential both in the classroom and on the field. It is my duty to teach the students soft skills that they can carry with them into the business world, workplace, or wherever their future takes them. My daily objective is to be happy and to help others wherever and however I can. Additionally I strive to learn something new each day. My mission in the classroom is to be a facilitator to the students where they are in charge of their education and I oversee that learning. Since I am always trying to improve myself both in and out of school, I am working toward getting my CCNA (Cisco) certification. On May 29, 2013, I successfully obtained my CompTIA A+ce certification. License and valid-through dates listed below.
