In my current role as Commercial Director at D4Drivers I have been part of a team which has enjoyed great success and phenomenal growth Having worked in almost every role in the company, I became Director in January 2022, and this experience has given me a unique understanding of the barriers that businesses face when growing rapidly and the solutions that are required. Some of my key career achievements include building a nationwide network of 100+ highly profitable clinics, and a medical network of 250+ doctors that formed the foundations for business growth, designing and project managing the development of two bespoke software platforms which reduced training and induction time by 400%, establishing key commercial and strategic partnerships with influential industry bodies, implementing the ISO 9001 quality management system and continually achieving year on year growth including reaching £6 million turnover in just 8 years.
