About Tom Borak

I am a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development. I have experience in both the non-profit and private sectors and a track record of success across industries, including bioscience, green energy, SaaS products, and chemistry. My expertise ranges from crafting compelling narratives for diverse audiences to leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and building high-performing departments. My background is in marketing, and I have extensive experience in both bringing new products to market and introducing existing products to NEW markets. I have developed and executed effective campaigns for both SaaS and consumable products, driving customer and prospect engagement through email, social, webinars, and blog/thought-leadership content. I am a capable and experienced leader, bringing a coaching/mentoring mindset to my team and empowering them to grow and thrive in their roles. I am most fulfilled in my job when I am working in a team setting. My side project also focuses on relationships. I wrote “All the $#!T I Wish I Knew in High School,” (July, 2022) as a guidebook for young men (8th grade+) navigating the transition between childhood and adulthood. I recorded the audiobook and made it available to stream for free to ensure that ANY young person who is looking for help and reassurance on their path has equal access to my work.
