My career is built at the intersection of product development, operations leadership, and digital transformation. From co-founding two startup SaaS platforms (WaaS & CRM-as-a-Service)—which grew into $50M+ revenue-generating solutions—to leading digital innovation at New Law Business Model (NLBM), I specialize in scaling technology-driven businesses through automation, process optimization, and customer experience strategy. As Director of Accelerator at NLBM, I lead a team dedicated to developing and integrating SaaS solutions that help estate planning attorneys scale their firms through automation and digital marketing. Prior to this role, I spearheaded the development, expansion, and eventual acquisition of our CRM and Website-as-a-Service platforms, transforming how attorneys attract and retain clients. Beyond technology, my leadership spans business consulting, sales strategy, UX/UI optimization, and workflow automation. Earlier in my career, I managed multimillion-dollar sales territories in healthcare and technology, led 24 freelance sales teams in medical device distribution, and drove growth and operational efficiency in the data center industry. I also founded and scaled The Roasted Clove, a fine dining restaurant in New Mexico that earned the title of Best Fine Dining Restaurant in the state by Open Table. Additionally, I was awarded Best Upscale Taco in New Mexico and appeared on multiple television programs showcasing culinary expertise and innovation.
