Experience includes legal target operating model reviews, design and implementation of large scale transformation programmes, technology and analytics implementation, process mapping, legal risk management, law firm panel reviews, eDiscovery assurance and advisory services• Engaging widely with the legal industry on the impact of Generative AI for Corporate Legal Departments, including running a client roundtable series on this agenda and running an industry survey and publication. Advising clients on how to adopt this technology and embedding into our own legal service delivery at Deloitte.• Broad experience helping clients improve their contracting service delivery.
