First-Aid & CPR Instructor. DOT, OSHA and state-mandated programs. Experience to teach our current curriculum for Backhoe, Front Loader, Excavator, Dozer, Scraper, and Motor Grader. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team environment, prioritize and make logical directions as a Leader or a team to improve the safety, quality, performance and production to equipment operation. Develop Program specific to equipment operators to develop a training program to employers' requirements. Decision Making, Problem solving. I have a Passion for instructing and mentoring to build lasting relationships to meet goals. Coordinate site opening or closing if designated by Site Supervision. Prepare and lead daily toolbox meetings in rotation with other instructors that meet quality standards. Ensure the highest safety standards are met in accordance with legislation and site policies. Participate in ensuring site maintains an acceptable level of cleanliness and tidiness.
