Have extensive experience in transition and transformation projects, in which companies are merged, sold or optimized, but always in dialogue with the employees. LEADERSHIP I have a delegating leadership style and believe in leadership through a commitment and consider myself to be a strategic thinker, practiced in putting strategies into operations. My international orientated profile combined with a solid IT-Management background includes leading through other managers.
