About Tom Cissi

Tom is an experienced Customer Service, International Logistics and Management professional, including over 20 years as a supervisor. Tom has a customer-first approach, and has utilized that approach very successfully with both external and internal customers. In addition to Customer Service, Tom has managed an International Customer Service & Logistics team since providing leadership and guidance to a group whose responsibilities include order processing, export documentation, air/ocean/ground shipment coordination and NAFTA certification. Tom has experience in a number of Import & Export Compliance areas, including Commercial Documentation, Harmonized Tariff Classification, ECCN determination, Export Controls and NAFTA. Tom also has an extensive background working Medical Device and Surgical Instrument trade shows, having attended and worked over 50 shows during his career. A brief term as Trade Show Manager provided Tom with hands-on experience coordinating all aspects of a major show, and puts him in a position to provide valuable behind-the-scenes support at all the shows he attends.
