I’ve worked in recruitment for a long time. And despite new technology, recruitment is still about people and the value they bring. Bad recruitment is disruptive for business and terrible for candidates. Why go through all that work just to have a new employee quit within three months? I’ve made it my business to understand candidates inside out. Not only that, but I give the same level of attention to how each employer operates. My team and I match candidates with employers based on more than just qualifications and experience. We dig deep to understand what drives our candidates and how they prefer to work. We then recommend the best candidates for each role to our clients. We don’t- Rely on algorithms to match candidates to positions - Send stacks of CVs for employers to comb through - Push an unsuitable candidate or position just to reach targets. We do- Focus on whether a candidate will suit an organisation as well as a role - Coach candidates through the process to help them reach their potential - Take care of interview and onboarding logistics for both candidate and client.
