About Tom Colman

After a master’s degree in industrial engineering, I have dealt with an extensive range of subjects from business to technology throughout my professional career. I have already acquired skills of leadership, analytical thinking and information evaluation. I possess a strong interest in business and a passion towards strategy. In my positions as director, I ‘ve built up my experience in leadership and people management over the years. I know what it is to guide people, to enthusiastically motivate them and to make them work together towards one goal and to reach targets. As sales engineer I’ve built up knowledge in process control and material characterization. I know what it means to run a company on a daily basis. Here I can indulge in my passion for business and I have gained my knowledge of accounting, marketing and human resources. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. My personal venture has provided me with thorough insights into accountancy, HR, and challenging negotiating skills required when dealing with suppliers. I learned a lot about finance and banking systems and how to lead a company. I am used working in an international context and speak three languages fluently.
