About Tom Croll

I thrive at the intersection of people and problem-solving. Whether I’m leading service teams or delivering technical solutions in IT, my passion lies in bringing diverse minds together to tackle complex challenges. I believe the best outcomes come from respectful collaboration — and I’ve seen firsthand how empathy and integrity unlock hidden potential in others. My career has spanned technical product launches, service management, configuration management, and most recently, HR Systems & Analytics — a space where precision meets strategy. Across every role, one constant remains: the ability to engage stakeholders from all corners of an organization and guide them toward shared success. I welcome new challenges and wear many hats with enthusiasm. If it involves building trust, improving processes, and driving results, I’m all in.
